Returns & withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Custom & personalized items
Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item is received.

Warranty
All products are covered by statutory consumer rights under Dutch law.

Custom Charges

For orders outside of the European Union: Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs might be. If you choose to refuse the parcel, it will be returned to me.
